Supports Video and IP Communications between Broadcast Trucks and TV Stations with Unprecedented Efficiency and Functionality

Las Vegas, NV (April 18, 2016) – Accelerated Media Technologies (AMT) Inc. is showcasing its innovative ENGenesis bi-directional 2/7GHz BAS band system at this year’s NAB show (booth OE1309). Embodying the latest industry standard Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology, ENGenesis sets new benchmarks in remote connectivity of bi-directional video and IP data between broadcast trucks and television stations.

“ENGenesis will revolutionize news and broadcast production in the field by providing faster and higher quality video and IP transmission capabilities,” said Steve DeFala, Director of Sales, Accelerated Media Technologies. “And, it provides broadcasters with added advantages and benefits that will further improve their field operations.”

Engineered with innovative IP architecture, AMT’s ENGenesis extends high-bandwidth IP connectivity to broadcast trucks to carry A/V streams, VoIP and Internet traffic. A single high-capacity radio channel supports simultaneous bi-directional data communication. LTE Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation manages each stream in real time to provide better support for multiple mobile units.

With greater than 26dB more front end gain than DVB-T systems, ENGenesis can deliver coverage ranges in excess of 45 miles with simple panel antennas. Exceptional Quality of Service (QoS) is built into ENGenesis, allowing operators to set user and application data priority for specific traffic within the channel.

ENGenesis has five patents pending.
